Mozart: Symphony #41 – 4th Movement

Comment: The molto allegro from Mozart’s 41st Symphony in C major, K.551,  “The Jupiter”, has been a favorite of mine for years. It’s quick, crisp and is the pinnacle of Mozart’s symphonic achievement. If you like this work then you will probably like much of Mozart’s symphonic music, as well as that of the other “superstar” of the age, Haydn.
