Corelli: Concerto Grosso, Op. 6., No. 1

Comment: One of my favorite Baroque-style Concerti Grossi, Corelli’s Op. 6., Concerto #1 is a masterful example of the beauty of the Baroque. The YouTube example does not have the players playing for you to see, but it does have all four movements of Op 6. Concerto #1. If you do nothing else with classical music this week, move the slider on the video below to around the 6:42 mark, close your eyes and listen — I promise you that you won’t be disappointed!
